Eastland Gardens is located in Northeast Washington, D.C.'s Ward 7, and was founded in 1935. The community is bounded by Eastern Avenue NE to the north, the Watts Branch Tributary to the south, the CSX Railroad tracks to the east, and the Anacostia River to the west.
An EGCA member may vote in any and all elections, in addition to running for a board position every two (odd) years.
Did you remember to pay your association dues?
If you haven't already, become a dues-paying member of the Eastland Gardens Civic Association. Membership dues go toward EGCA operations and cost only $10 per adult household member.
Dues are payable by cash, check, or Zelle to Eastland Gardens Civic Association and can be paid via mail, our monthly general meeting held every third Tuesday of the month or directly via Zelle via EGCATreasurer@gmail.com.
